What is the standard of your accommodation?
We select the best hotels, apartment and villas available for your stay and ensure that they are furnished to the highest standard and have excellent facilities. We have a criteria for selecting our accommodation and these are always met to satisfy the demands our clients expect.
How long can I rent a hotel, an apartment or villa for?
Hotels can be booked for a minimum of one night to however long you wish to stay. We rent out our apartments and villas for however long you require them for. Discounts are available for stays from one month to one year. Fill out our enquiry indicating the period you wish to stay and we will get back to you immediately on availability and price.

How do I book?
First you need to send us an online enquiry form so that we can check availability for you.

What happens then?
Once we have confirmed to you that there is availability we will hold an option for you. You can then send us a booking form with your payment details. We will then confirm your booking in writing to you, with an invoice and provide you with additional information about your chosen holiday accommodation.
How quickly can I expect a response from you?
We try our utmost to answer all email requests as soon as we receive them, but it helps if you can be as precise and specific about your requirements as possible. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9.30 - 6.00, GMT
What is the Guaranteed Deposit?
We deduct an amount of money, which normally a percentage of your booking as a guarantee for booking. This will be stated in the invoice sent to you once the booking has been made. The balance of your booking fee would be paid directly to the hotel or property owner when you arrive at the start of your stay.
When do I have to pay for my booking?
The payment amount and dates will be advised in your confirmation email. You must pay a minimum guarantee deposit of 10% of the full balance as stated. Your reservation will not be confirmed unless payment is made. We accept payment by cheque, wire transfer or bankers draft. Payments not received by the dates set out in your confirmation email will be treated as a cancelled booking, as cancelled by you and our standard cancellation terms will apply
I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check-in?
Only the hotel or apartment can confirm different check-in times than the ones stated on the hotel's page. We advise you to let the hotel know your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking by using the "Comments" box in the booking form. After completing your booking please contact the hotel directly to confirm your arrival time, using the contact details in your confirmation email.
I want to check out after the stated check out time. What should I do?
Pre-arrangement of late check out is generally not possible due to availability of the rooms. We advise that, during your stay, you ask at reception if late check-out is possible. Please note that charges may be applicable.
I have to amend or cancel my booking?
Your booking dates cannot be amended once a payment has been made to confirm. Once your booking has been made and confirmed, our standard cancellation terms apply. We cannot refund clients outside our cancellation policy and advise that our terms and conditions be read before making a booking.

Why isn't everything automatic?
Unlike many sites where your booking is taken by a machine, we aim to make our service as personalised as possible and also find the right property for the right client. Tastes vary and people want many different things from their holiday, which is why we have tried our utmost to offer a good choice of places. We have put a great deal of effort into making the website as honest and clear as possible, with good quality pictures.
Why do I need to enable cookies?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your own computer - we don't (and can't) extract any personal information from your hard disk. You don't have to enable cookies to use this website.
