Booking
Please follow the steps below to book your hotel, apartment or villa
Step 1 - check availability
Use our online enquiry form to enquire about the availability of a hotel, apartment or villa. Please give the name of at least one, and preferably two other properties in which you are interested - this will speed up the enquiry process. When we receive your enquiry, we will contact you by email to confirm that the accommodation you have requested is available and invite you to proceed with booking.
Step 2 - make a booking
Once your hotel, apartment or villa is confirmed, you should then make your booking. Any special request, such as extra beds, or taxi transfer, should be advised at this time.
Please book your apartment or villa as follows:
- Please start by reading our terms and conditions.
- Make your booking using our online booking form or you can download, print out and fax the booking form to us.
- You can check the cost of your apartment, and when payments are to be made, by looking at the properties' details page. Please note that all prices are quoted in dollars. You are advised to print out and keep the page for future reference.
- Payments
Payments are accepted in UK £, US $ and Euros. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer.
- For bank transfers, our bank accounts will show on your invoice.
Step 3 - finally...
- On receipt of your booking form and deposit, and once payment is cleared, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice. It is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed. This confirmation will show the full address and telephone number details of the hotel you have booked or the name and telephone number of the owner or local representative of the apartment or villa booked, whom you should contact 7/10 days prior to departure to advise your expected arrival time.
- It will also show the balance of your holiday cost and the method of payment. This will be advised to you before booking, and confirmed in writing.
- All prices of apartments and villas are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay. Telephone charges are extra.
